2. How we use information
We use this information to run your workspace, generate requested content, store media and publish or schedule posts. It also supports authentication, troubleshooting, billing where applicable, abuse prevention and responses to support or legal requests.
3. Service providers and disclosures
Our service providers include Auth0 for authentication, UniBee for billing, Nodemaven for proxy-related services, Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica for website analytics. Their processing is governed by their applicable terms and privacy policies.
AI generation sends the inputs needed for your request to the selected provider. Publishing sends your chosen content and settings to the connected social platform. Hosting, storage and other service providers process information needed to deliver the service under their applicable terms.
Information may also be disclosed to meet legal obligations, investigate abuse or handle a business transfer. Ask AI links open independent services with a product question. They do not automatically include your workspace content.
4. Cookies and local storage
The website saves your theme preference in local storage. The application uses browser storage and authentication mechanisms needed for account access. Where enabled, Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica may use cookies and similar technologies to measure visits and interactions. You can manage cookies and browser storage through your browser settings.
5. Data retention and security
Data is kept while needed to operate your account, carry out requested jobs and meet legal obligations or resolve disputes. Retention depends on the type of information and its purpose. No online service can promise complete security.
To request account closure or deletion, email [email protected]. Disconnecting an account does not remove posts already sent to a social platform. Those posts and any data held independently by providers remain subject to their own policies.
6. Your choices and rights
Your location may give you rights to access, correct, erase or obtain a copy of your data, restrict its use or object to processing. You may also contact your data-protection authority. Send requests to [email protected]. Social account permissions can be revoked in the relevant platform settings.
7. International transfers
Providing AI generation, hosting and social publishing may involve processing outside your country. Applicable transfer requirements depend on the provider, location and relevant law.
